 Further public submissions published by the NT Royal Commission

The Royal Commission into the Protection and Detention of Children in the Northern Territory has today published submissions received from:

  • Amnesty International
  • Aboriginal Peak Organisations Northern Territory (APONT)
  • Central Australian Aboriginal Congress
  • Central Land Council
  • Healing Foundation
  • Resolutions Consultancy

The Commission has published 68 submissions on its website from 63 community groups, stakeholders, advocates, academics and non-government organisations.

"Public submissions are valuable contributions to the work of the Commission and help the Commission understand the issues in child protection and detention in the Northern Territory," said Kirsty Windeyer, Official Secretary for the Royal Commission.

"More than 320 submissions have been received by the Commission and we are grateful to those individuals and organisations who have made the time to make their views known," she said.

All submissions published are available on the Royal Commission website.
